Glatt engineering expertise and services at stand G3.5

Visit us at CleanroomProcesses, the industry platform for cleanrooms and process technology!

Messe Karlsruhe, Germany. 25 – 27 March 2025.

Our “Process First” philosophy also applies to cleanroom design

Participation in the lounges in Karlsruhe in Germany has now become a tradition for Glatt. However, the topic of conversation never runs out. On the contrary!
Our engineering teams work with you to optimize your production process. You receive support from the initial idea through to implementation. We have already proven our expertise in many local and international projects.

With our “Process First” philosophy, cross-trade process and plant engineering and modular planning approaches, we offer innovative containment solutions, GxP compliance, lean layouts and fast tracks. As a system integrator, we transform individual machines into a seamlessly functioning overall system – making your factory of the future a reality with Glatt.

For cleanroom design, planners must also think through the overall concept from the very beginning. Here, cleanroom planners should work as closely as possible with all trades, as there are numerous influencing factors for the selection of suitable systems for cleanroom walls, ceilings and floors as well as airlock equipment and cleanroom furniture. There is a great need for coordination and consultation here. Equally important is good contact with the suppliers of all equipment and systems to be installed in the cleanroom or associated with it, which will later be closely interlinked with the cleanroom elements. It is therefore best if the cleanroom planner is familiar with the process equipment, technologies and systems used or even plans them himself.
