“Process First” philosophy and the “Triangle of Project Goals”
Your projects always have a specific focus for a wide variety of reasons. Do you want to launch a new product, modernize and expand an existing production facility or undergo a GMP upgrade?
As early as the concept phase, we develop fast and efficient solutions based on our in-depth process know-how. Among other things, this is done using proven process modules based on well-founded typicals.
By implementing the “Process First” philosophy, the development of processes is the core and starting point of our activities.
This system is continued in later phases, such as the basic engineering phase, by supporting the development of the process equipment in the user requirements (URS) in order to accelerate the procurement process and ultimately achieve optimized delivery times. In general, we draw on ideal templates for functions and systems that have been developed and proven over decades and adapt them efficiently for your application.
Variant comparisons with a focus on the creation and evaluation of “different capacities” and “various production scenarios” are created by us in the shortest possible time. We optimize the duration of your project by partially overlapping or running the classic project phases in parallel.

Our network of project partners, which we have developed over the years, also helps to facilitate fast-track projects for you. Our experts know what content established companies need in requirement specifications or functional specifications. This means that reliable realization offers can be submitted in the early project phases.
The technical and commercial review of offers from suppliers and third-party companies is also a typical service we provide. In this way, we enable our customers to define further planning tasks and bind suppliers and contractors at an early stage. In addition to an accelerated planning process, this also enables a shortened implementation period for the project.
