Our well thought-out planning already ensures in advance that the implementation of the project can be carried out quickly and smoothly. All required services are clearly defined and precisely documented. Our reliable project management ensures that materials and equipment can be procured, delivered on site, assembled and commissioned without delay.
Procurement
Every investment project includes a multitude of different services as well as supplies which have to be purchased within the scope of the projects. We take over the preparation, organization and execution of the technical purchasing for you and ensure quality and schedule control with reliable expediting. The delivery of the entire equipment includes much more than just the technical equipment.
Using audited purchasing contracts and observing common compliance rules, our purchasing department procures all supplies and services for your project according to objective criteria. Nationally and internationally.
Our comprehensive range of services includes, for example, invitations to tender, technical and commercial bid comparisons, contract negotiations, deadline follow-up, FAT preparation and implementation, transport preparation and, if required, customs clearance or customs coordination.
You benefit from supply and purchasing framework agreements with a large number of suppliers from the entire Glatt Group. We have Glatt equipment or project-specific equipment manufactured for you in our own production facilities in Germany, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and India. Benefit from reliable, quality-oriented procurement from a single source.
Assembly & Commissioning
We can also assist you with the professional installation of plants or complex production lines. Here we take over the preparation, organization and execution of the assembly and commissioning at the desired location worldwide. So that your systems run smoothly from the very first hour.
Within the scope of the assembly and commissioning of your plant systems, we offer you a comprehensive portfolio of services: starting with planning and preparation, through assembly and commissioning by our specialists or third-party specialists, as well as chief or lead assembly, to author control and monitoring. We will also be happy to provide you with additional services such as site management, calibration or preparation of as-built documentation. Just as you need it.
We organize and coordinate all assembly and commissioning services or carry them out completely ourselves. Glatt equipment is assembled by fitters and welders from our company and commissioned by our process engineers. For complex projects, our experienced assembly and commissioning managers are at your disposal.

Operator training
We make your team fit for the operation and maintenance of your new systems. Your employees receive comprehensive instruction and expert training on all aspects of the new plant systems.
Depending on the technology used, the training of your operating personnel will be carried out on comparable systems in our technology centers or on site during the construction and commissioning of your new system.
